For the fourth year in a row, Søenx returns to its roots in Lemvig — ready to once again set the stage for an unforgettable day around Lemvig Lake.
Søenx is our 100 km running event, where we bring together people about community, movement and mental health.
We run around Lemvig Lake to raise money for the Psychiatry Foundation — and to show that we can make a difference when we stand together.

Søenx is a charity with roots in Lemvig, which annually organises Søenx and Øenx for the benefit of the Psychiatry Foundation.
Søenx was held for the first time in 2023 around Lemvig Sø and has since developed into a community where people gather for movement, presence and an important purpose.
Our goal is to put mental health on the agenda in Denmark - one step at a time.
