OENX IS BACK
After a wild 2025 event, Øenx returns to Aarhus Island — ready for another day of community, energy and focus on mental health.
We are once again bringing people together for an experience that is bigger than just a race.
This year in collaboration with Aarhus' very own Oversized Lifting Club.

**Time: ** 10:00-16:00. This is the race's official start/finish time.

**Location: ** Aarhus Ø, Jette Tikjøbs Plads

**Toilet facilities: ** There will be restrooms available on the site.

**Catering: ** We make water available in the square. In addition, it will be possible to purchase food and drinks, all profits of which will go uncut to the Psychiatry Fund.

**Pick up T-shirt and goodie bag: ** T-shirt and goodie bag can be picked up at the OLC store in Aarhus up to 24 hours before the start of the race.

**The route: ** The route on Aarhus Island will not be fully closed, so regular traffic may occur.
No busy roads are crossed, and all traffic on Aarhus Island is carried out as normal. -
**Attention: ** We recommend that you bring along whatever you may need along the way — such as snacks, energy bars and electrolytes — as this cannot be purchased on site.
Alternatively, supermarkets can be found within walking distance of the route.
Søenx is a charity with roots in Lemvig, which annually organises Søenx and Øenx for the benefit of the Psychiatry Foundation.
Søenx was held for the first time in 2023 around Lemvig Sø and has since developed into a community where people gather for movement, presence and an important purpose.
Our goal is to put mental health on the agenda in Denmark - one step at a time.
