**What and who is Søenx? **

We don't have the money to just donate us to a difference. \
So we do it in a different way.

Søenx and Øenx are two annual events run by a young team that wants to make a difference: putting mental health in Denmark on the agenda 

We use movement as a rallying point. \
Not to perform, but to show up, be present and open conversations that are otherwise hard to take.

It starts by moving. \
And continues to dare to talk about it.

After a wild 2025 event, Øenx returns to Aarhus Island — ready for another day of community, energy and focus on mental health.

We are once again bringing people together for an experience that is bigger than just a race.

This year in collaboration with Aarhus' very own **Oversized Lifting Club**.
